"I truly appreciate my State Farm people. A while back i was joking "is this Jake, from State Farm." But that is how I feel. For a short period of time, I followed what everyone else was doing. But every time I turned around I was having to go through explaining everything to whatever agent was in cue to contact me. I got tired of being frustrated and not understanding anything. My State Farm from a different state contacted me about coverage that I had with them for 30 years, everything was solved in a matter of minutes without being put on hold and passed from one agent to the next with no one being able to talk about what was going on. Out of pure frustration, I went back to State Farm. The best thing I have ever done. First thing, my insurance bill was cut nearly in half. I received all needed information needed. I have one agent that I talk to. If that agent is not available, my agent calls with a follow up. I will never take my insurance anywhere else again. I know if I have a problem and I can't speak to Allie today, she will follow up with me before she finalized the current claim. My car was picked up and delivered at my home with ZERO out of my pocket."
